H.86/S.197, An Act to protect location privacy/An Act to protect safety and privacy by stopping the sale of location data (Location Shield Act)
H.2370/S.1563, An Act prioritizing patient access to care (update state law to ensure no one must leave the state for abortion care)
SD.2808, An Act strengthening health care protections in the Commonwealth (Strengthen protections for providers that offer abortion care and gender-affirming care)

The League of Women Voters believes in the individual liberties guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States. We oppose major threats to basic constitutional rights. The League works to protect the constitutional right of privacy of the individual to make reproductive choices. The League supports due process for all persons, including the right to a fair hearing, the right to counsel, the right of appeal, and the right to humane treatment and that no person or group should suffer legal discrimination. The League believes that immigration policies need to be responsive to those facing political persecution or humanitarian crises. We thank you for taking this important step forward to protect our communities.”
