ChapterSpot Is Live

The League’s new membership system, ChapterSpot, is launching February 3. All Leagues should have their Stripe account set up by now, but please reach out to bgorman@lwvma.org if you still need help with Stripe.  A major feature of the League’s new membership system is that a new or current League member will be able to join or renew from any League website. Therefore, each League with a website will need to add a link to the ChapterSpot join/renew form to their site. You should have received an email from LWVUS on 1/16 containing a ChapterSpot link unique to your League. Please email membership@lwv.org if you need the link resent to you. You should also add a link to the member portal to your website. This is where members can go to update their profile or renew. That link is the same for all Leagues: portal.lwv.org.  Optional graphics to use as join/renew and member portal buttons are available here. The links should be added as close to today as possible. 

Please alert your members that they will also receive an email prompting them to log in to the member portal to “claim their membership” but they will not be asked to renew again until one year after their renewal date.
