News Coverage: Advocates push for same-day voter registration in Massachusetts

On Tuesday, March 30, 2026 the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts testified in front of the Special Committee on Initiative Petitions in support of ballot initiative NO. 25-08, An Act relative to election day registration. We were joined in testifying by members of the Election Modernization Committee including Common Cause Massachusetts, MassVOTE, and the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts.
