Tracey is a founding member Metro West Massachusetts ABSW, the Black Catalysts of Massachusetts. Their mission is to recognize and uplift members of our community by creating space for promoting health and wellness of social workers. This work includes mental health advocates of the African diaspora and offers services in the interest of the Massachusetts Black community.

She serves on a variety of professional boards and committees in her community, often speaking on issues focused on policy, advocacy, voting rights, and social justice.
