LWVMA “Townhall” to discuss structural changes & program priorities proposed by LWVUS

Please join us on May 25th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. to discuss the proposed “structural transformation” bylaws amendments being proposed by LWVUS as well as other important issues that will be voted on during the LWVUS Convention in June. The other items on the agenda for the LWVMA “Town Hall” are the proposal by LWV Wisconsin to eliminate the age requirement to be a voting member of LWV as well as several of the program priorities to be considered at the US Convention.
Members of the LWVUS Structural Transformation Task Force and the LWVUS Board Liaison for Massachusetts will join us for the meeting to answer questions. Also, prior to the meeting on Wednesday, we will circulate a Q&A document to all registrants with questions that have been raised at recent LWVMA Field Service meetings and answered by LWVUS.
