Jennifer Muroff

Jennifer Muroff is the Immigration and Gun Safety Specialist for the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts (LWVMA).  She serves on the MA Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence Steering and Legislative Action Committees, as well as the Safe Communities Coalition Lobby Team.  Jennifer sits on the board of the Needham League of Women Voters.  Before joining the League, Jennifer coordinated the monthly food pantry collections for her local elementary school.  She has been a lay leader at Temple Beth Shalom of Needham, where she co-chaired the social justice initiative.  Jennifer hosted Rabbi Jonah Pesner, Director of the Religious Action Center for Reform Judaism.  She participated in the Citizens’ Legislative Seminar sponsored by the MA Senate.  Jennifer has rallied and marched for human rights in the Women’s March, March For Our Lives, Keep Families Together, Yes on 3, and many more.  She coordinated the MA Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence Fourth Annual Peace MVP Awards ceremony fundraiser.  She registers voters throughout the Commonwealth—at high schools, colleges, and has helped people in correctional facilities request absentee ballots.   Jennifer enjoys exercising and traveling to Major League Baseball stadiums with her family.
